I subscribe to the promotional emails of hundreds of companies so you don’t have to. I sift through 1,000 deal-touting emails every week. Most are worthless. But some offer valuable coupons, promo codes, sales, and freebies – which I collect and organize here and on our deals page.

- Beef ‘O’ Brady’s: $5 off a $25-plus purchase (print first) [8/12].
- Blimpie Subs: Free six-inch sub with the purchase of a sub and drink (“like” and print first) [expiration unknown].
- Bob Evans: Family meals to go cost $5 per person [expiration unknown].
- Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza: Eight new lunch specials are $7 each Monday through Friday [expiration unknown].
- Del Taco: Free macho-size crinkle-cut fries with the purchase of a fiesta pack (print first) [8/8].
- HoneyBaked Ham: Free sandwich with the purchase of a sandwich on Sunday (print first) [8/5 only].
- Mimi’s Cafe: Free lunch or dinner entree with the purchase of one entree and two drinks (print first) [8/5].
- Mrs. Fields: Six free cookies with the purchase of a 14-inch or larger cookie cake (print first) [expiration unknown].
- Papa John’s Pizza: 50 percent off online (use code SUMMER50) [8/12].
- Red Lobster: $10 off two entrees (print first) [8/5]. Note that this coupon asks for your full name, but you can just enter your initials.
- Starbucks: The Treat Receipt deal is back. Get a cold grande drink for $2 after 2 p.m. when you bring in a receipt from a morning purchase [9/3].
- Subway: The $3 breakfast combo buys you a six-inch breakfast sandwich and a Seattle’s Best Coffee or fountain drink until 11 a.m. [expiration unknown].
